ytd was so good because my normal sunday nights are spent rushing tutorials. a good break i’d say. but no, dora, no. thats enough! i need to mug mug mug mug my life away because promos are coming coming a little too soon.

its a thursday morning, i should be in lit class right now, busy scribbing down notes on Othello.
but instead, im home & drafting this entry with nine fingers
i had the ball. i looked up, saw two defenders cornering me.
in all my excitement and anxiety to get the ball to my teammate, i tripped.
the game continued….but i couldnt carry on.
it was incredibly hard to just tie my hair & brush my teeth this morning.
he said: you cant do without a thumb. even if you lost 3fingers, you’d pretty much be able to survive.
i cant write now without it hurting so bad
in a distressed tone, i enquired: how long will it heal? i need to write,i have exams in slightly more than a month.
he laughed.
how long?

yknw i thought tt i cld have a gd break before sch resumes next tues, but tt darn pw written report & eom draft1 is due next freaking wed. and as much as i wld like to shrink all responsibility & pretend i dont know abt it,i cant. coz im the darn leader.
bottomline: pw is a monster.

doreen will be back on 28th june, her birthday! AND she’s having a 4e cum bday celebration.

and i must say, though we didnt bag home any of those glorious medals, we put up a good fight! there was great team spirit and we just really enjoyed ourselves.
i honestly didnt think i’d have so much fun, esp because the weather was just soo perfect to stay home and snooze all day!

AND OHMYGOOODNESS.
i had a shock this morning.
the doorbell rang rather persistently, and i got up from bed rather reluctantly, thinking if it was daddy, i’d better open up! so i was dressed in my moon&stars pjs, my hair was soooo messy and there she was, clare, all ready for tuition. it took me a few seconds to register her face because i wasnt wearing my specs and my eyes were half-open.
can you imagine how i felt ? i cannot believe it totally slipped my ming abt tuition!
and of coz, utterly embarrassed at having been caught at sucha moment.
